IW Foundation Health Library:
Feeding Your IW
The truth is that IW owners have successfully raised Wolfhounds using a wide variety of diets. Your breeder is probably your best source of recommendations on what to feed, and you can do your own research on various diets to better have that discussion. The goal is a puppy who grows slowly and evenly, and puppies and adults who are healthy and fit. You may need to adjust food amounts many times in an IW's life depending on stage of growth, activity level, and overall health.
